Will professionals have to pay?
Our Free Professional Guarantee protects a meaningful professional presence without payment, including the core Passport, ordinary posts and network participation. Optional specialist tools and organisation services may be paid. Public pricing has not been announced.
How is this different from a general professional network?
PlanetHSEQ is designed around HSEQ practice: professional capability, evidence, shared lessons, technical communities and relevant opportunities. Its purpose is to help experience become useful knowledge for the whole profession.
Is everything shown available in the pilot?
The previews and capability stories describe the platform direction. Capabilities are being introduced in stages; availability depends on the pilot and your role. The founding commitments guide that work. Contact the team to discuss the journeys you would like to help develop.
What does verification mean here?
Our model ties confidence to specific information and the evidence behind it: identity, a qualification or project participation, for example. It should be clear what was checked and what remains uncertain. Verification does not imply a general endorsement of someone’s competence, or of an organisation’s products and services.
Does an employer own my Professional Passport?
No. The professional remains the primary steward of their Passport. An employer may confirm employment or contribute eligible evidence, while retaining rights over its own confidential and business information. Sharing and portability must respect the rights, permissions and obligations attached to each record.
How will AI and appeals be governed?
AI should assist professional judgement, with its limitations made clear. Our governance model allows an independent AI agent to review certain appeals about informational AI outputs, where they do not materially affect people or organisations. You must be able to escalate to an independent human reviewer, free of charge. Appeals with material consequences require a human final decision.
